That evening, three young men were walking together on Stockholmsvägen, when two cars stopped. Dani Azoz has told that he got out of the driver's seat of one of the cars to talk to one of the men. They saw a gun in his hand and fled, but were shot four times. One of them was hit in the back and died.

Dani Azoz has objected that it was one of the passengers in the car who shot.

The district court concludes in the judgment that it has been proven that was the 24-year-old man who fired the shots. But no motive for the incident has emerged. His actions are considered murder and attempted murder.

The total penalty is so high that the penalty is determined to life imprisonment.

During the journey from the crime scene, Dani Azoz was helped to change cars by a 21- year-old man, who accompanied him, and a 24-year-old woman, who gave them a ride in his car. He was thus able to pass a checkpoint set up by the police.

The 21-year-old man was sentenced to five months in prison for protecting criminals. The crime is considered serious in view of the serious crimes committed by Azoz.

At the same time, the district court concludes that it has not been proven that the 24-year-old woman knew what Azoz did and she is therefore acquitted of the prosecution. <./p>

The plaintiffs are awarded the damages they have claimed. The relatives of the deceased, his mother and six siblings, receive damages of SEK 60,000 each. The two men who survived the shooting receive SEK 115,600 each.
