Media. Ekot in Swedish Radio has deleted the name “refugee” from his description of the Vetland terrorist Tamim Sultani. In fact, Sultani has papers that he is not a refugee – and was only allowed to stay in Sweden thanks to the government's high school amnesty.

They were in connection with the prosecution in the Vetlanda case was brought last Friday when Ekot reported that Tamim Sultani came “to Sweden as a refugee”.
< p>This provoked harsh criticism, including from the Member of Parliament Hanif Bali (M) who commented on the whole thing in the following way on Twitter:
“Hi Ekot, the man has been judged by several courts not to be a refugee. He stayed in the country through Annie Lööf's high school amnesty. Why this mitigating angle? Is anyone in the editorial office with him or? “
Bali apparently referred to the latest scandal surrounding Ekot, when it turned out that the editorial reporter Sanna Drysén had done so called sob report about an Islamist with whom she herself began a relationship.
After the criticism, Ekot has now updated her article about the prosecution online.
“The man came to Sweden in 2016”, it says now only, and the word “refugee” has been deleted.
