The victim of the violence is a 26-year-old man who said he would help a relative get out of a The two convicts – a 23-year-old man and an 18-year-old man – met the man in northern Eskilstuna in March and then subjected him to violence. The 26-year-old managed to escape and seek shelter in a grocery store. Shortly afterwards, the two perpetrators were arrested. The two were convicted of their negligence for aggravated assault. The 23-year-old is sentenced to two years in prison and the 18-year-old is sentenced to juvenile detention. The older of them is also punished for a case of violence against an official.
