The Attendo-employed woman received a formal reprimand from the scandal-ridden care giant after telling Expressen about conditions at one of the company's homes.
– I have decided to start a preliminary investigation because it is sufficient that there is reason to assume that a crime has been committed that is under public prosecution, says chamber prosecutor Anette Fassl at Norrort's prosecutor's chamber in Stockholm, in a statement.
No person has been notified of a suspicion of crime. <./p>
A preliminary investigation is initiated in order to be able to carry out certain investigative measures within the law's raw marks that are not otherwise possible.
– I have given instructions to the police to carry out a number of investigative measures, including collecting and compile material that has appeared in the media about the current incident, says chamber prosecutor Anette Fassl.
