Abroad. A black man is suspected of using a special mask to dress up as a white man when he carried out a large number of burglaries, reports CBC Los Angeles.

Rockim Prowell, 33, has been arrested on suspicion of about 30 burglaries in the Los Angeles area.
When he was stopped by the police on May 2, a face mask was found which according to police used in burglary of homes in the city.
The car that Prowell was traveling in also turned out to be stolen, writes CBC Los Angeles.
On Tuesday, the Los Angeles police tweeted a picture of the thief and the mask he used to look like a white man. Police requested more surveillance footage showing the man – but then deleted his post.
