Seven billion tax kroner to ESS – but the opportunity for transparency is minimal

Seven billion tax kroner, Sweden has plowed into the research facility ESS. That twice as much as it would have cost. But it is extremely difficult to examine how the money was used. Neither Sweden's nor the EU's rules on transparency and publicity apply – and the top executives at ESS do not want to discuss the issue.

The other is Julia Öberg, Head of Communications at ESS.
