In a DI interview, Erik Selin explained that he does not believe in the idea that there are “obstacles in the way of women”.
Instead, the uneven gender distribution at the top of the business world due to natural causes, such as the fact that women are less risk-averse or have other interests, according to Selin.
– Men and women are very different overall, are they not? Why should we be equal here? We are not equal in any other way either, he said.
