The Teaspoon Order website contains no information about the bankruptcy or who is the bankruptcy trustee. Instead, everything looked as usual until the website was suddenly taken down.
On Wikipedia, the information was published shortly after Fria Tider's publication, but was quickly deleted by the user “Yger” and on Teskedsorden's Wikipedia page it now looks like The business is still in full swing.
On Twitter, Jiang Millington, who has been Teskedsorden's communications manager, writes: “The Teskedsorden Foundation has filed for bankruptcy. An organization with a backbone stands for the seat you have sat in and does not blame its employees, who worked half to death to deliver without getting the right conditions. “
Bankruptcy trustee Erik Hellström tells the Althing that the website is plucked because their 90 accounts were withdrawn in bankruptcy. He admits, however, that they “could” have left the website up without 90 accounts but with information to the victims, as is usual in bankruptcy.
In 2020, the Order of the Teaspoon was awarded just over SEK 2.5 million from MUCF for the projects “A schooling free from racism” and “How good are we? Civil society's anti-racist responsibility “, according to the Althing.
