No decision in police costs-dispute

For months, the state of Bremen is fighting with the DFL about who has to bear the police costs during high-risk Play. Now the Federal administrative court should decide, finally, could not the but.

The Federal administrative court taken in the dispute over the cost of additional police operations in high-risk games in football, not a decision. It remanded the case to the upper administrative court of Bremen. The presiding judge, Wolfgang beer, announced on Friday in Leipzig, Germany. Thus, the legal battle between the Free Hanseatic city of Bremen and the German football League (DFL) in the next round.

The orders of magnitude, which include these notices, the already noticeable”, he said after the verdict in Leipzig. Rauball admitted that the DFL have introduced the decision differently.

Bremen had the DFL already seven charges notices. Bremen’s interior Senator Ulrich Mäurer had pointed out at the hearing on the high revenues generated by the football score, and therefore a co-financing required. “Whether someone is poor or rich, can play no role in the question of who is responsible and who has to ward off certain dangers,” had Rauball replied.
