Bremen’s interior Senator Ulrich Mäurer had pointed out at the hearing on the high revenues generated by the football score, and therefore a co-financing required. “Whether someone is poor or rich, can play no role in the question of who is responsible and who has to ward off certain dangers,” had Rauball replied.
