In September 2017, the IPC had been awarded the title fights of Malaysia and the assurance that all qualified athletes are expected to participate from all countries. “Then there was a change in the political top and the new government thinks otherwise,” said Parsons. The IPC is now looking for a new host, the hosting the world Cup in the same period of time.
