FIFA: Blatter calls for proceedings against Infantino

Old Boss shoots against the new-in-chief: Joseph S. Blatter following his criticism of the President of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, and calls a method of the in-house ethics Committee.

The predecessor fires the next salvo at his successor: Ex-FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter has challenged the Football-Leaks revelations on the special relationship of his Amtsnachfolgers Gianni Infantino to the Swiss Federal Prosecutor Michael Lauber and a state Prosecutor Rinaldo Arnold consequences. The ethics Committee of the world football Association had to “initiate an investigation against Infantino,” said the 82-Year-old French news Agency AFP on Wednesday.

Blatter called for by Infantino answers to the many open questions. “Where is the transparency that has preached Infantino during his election?”, the Swiss said: “He should even ask the ethics Commission to prove that it works transparently.”

Infantinos gifts to the state attorney

The Football-Leaks revelations about Infantino had brought accusations to days, according to Arnold of Infantino multiple gifts accepted. In return, he should restore the contact between Infantino and Lauber. So Infantino wanted to come, allegedly, to information about the progress of the investigation in the corruption scandal.

Blatter himself had been locked up by the end of 2015 by the FIFA ethics Commission in the Wake of the FIFA corruption scandal on suspicion of breach of trust management. A few weeks later, the FIFA Congress Infantino chose the new Association’s Chairman.
