Olympia 2026: Three candidates are

The IOC General Assembly shall designate, Calgary, Stockholm and the Region of Cortina d’ampezzo/Milan officially candidate to host the winter games in 2026. The panel nods, the controversial athlete’s Declaration.



Calgary, Canada, in the Italian Region of Milan/Cortina d’ampezzo and the Swedish capital of Stockholm are finalists in the race to host the Olympic winter games of 2026. The General Assembly of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) confirmed in Buenos Aires, the three places as the official candidate. “All three of the good would be, a trusted Partner for us,” said IOC Vice-President Juan Antonio Samaranch jr. “They have the infrastructure and experience to Olympic winter games align games.” Special attention was paid to ensuring that the cost remained in the frame, and new buildings also could go to the winter games used to be.

Popular vote in Calgary
