Microsoft presents ‘smartwatch’ Band

Microsoft has its ‘smartwatch’ Band presented. The device is a crossover between a smartwatch and a fitnessarmband and works with Windows Phone, iOS, and Android. The device is available immediately in three sizes.

The Microsoft Band works alongside Microsoft Health, a new service from the software maker which allows users to their health and athletic performance monitored. The Band has previously include gps, a heart rate monitor, thermometer to check the temperature of the skin in the holes to keep, gyroscope, light sensor and uv-light meter.

The Band also has the functions of a smartwatch, such as the transmission of notifications from smartphones with iOS 7.1 and above, Android 4.3 and 4.4 and Windows Phone 8.1 Update. The battery according to Microsoft two days to go along with the dual 100mAh battery. Microsoft has his Band’s dust – and splash-proof, but users can’t go swimming: it is not waterproof.

The screen of the Band is a tft-lcd with a diagonal of 1.4″ and a resolution of 320×106 pixels. Microsoft has been wearable with an ARM Cortex M4 cpu of unknown make and type, and an internal storage with a size of 64MB.
