KPN Wholesale is the speed that the service provider offers via the copper line may increase to 100Mbit/s. From lwa 1 september vnom is the new speed available through all providers that use the network of KPN Wholesale.
At the beginning of november last year began KPN to integrate the technique in his straatkasten. KPN reports that now over a thousand straatkasten are equipped with vectoring algorithms, that some 350,000 households would be served. Niels Huijbregts, spokesman for Xs4all, let Tweakers know that the subscribers of Xs4all currently vectoring a high speed; have to keep in mind that their speed is adjusted to the speed of their current subscription. As soon as KPN Wholesale and the roll-out has completed, in addition to the Xs4all customers are also customers of other providers that KPN’s dsl network, such as Solcon, EDPNet, InterNLnet and Easynet, the new speeds tegemoetzien.
