‘First screenshots of the next version of Android appear online’

The first screenshots of what is supposedly the next version of Android will be, online appeared. The images show a new feature in the notification bar and a redesign of Googles own browser Chrome

The screenshots don’t show a gradient more in the status bar, and the bar with the onscreen buttons. In addition, there is an L-shaped icon to see that would refer to usb-debugging and an icon of a bell, which according to Android Police the running of a new feature shows. That new feature would be the “floating notification” are a part of the screen takes over and the call would indicate that floating notifications are suppressed.

Chrome shows a slightly modified design, with three round dots instead of squares for the button on the right side. The login screen is also flatter and easier. Google announces the new Android version probably this year still.
