Apple has its iPod touch firmly reduced in price. The most expensive 64GB version was to Thursday 419 euros, but will be from Thursday for 299 euros over the counter. The 16GB version has a price reduction of 40 euro is also a camera on the back.

The only difference with the previous iPod touch with 16GB of flash memory is that the device is now 199 euros cost. Until recently, that 239 euro. Also the device is now just like the 32 and 64GB versions of a camera with a resolution of 5 megapixels at the back. The camera on the front does not change. Further, the device is now just like his brothers, with more storage available in white, pink, green, blue and grey; this was previously only white and black.

The 32GB version, which until Thursday 319 euro cost, in price down to 249 euros. Apple has released the update in silence made. The iPod, once an important product for Apple, makes a still less large part of the Apple-turnover: less and less people to buy a copy. Last quarter sold Apple just 2.7 million iPods; a year earlier, there were still 4.5 million. Also the rest of the market for multimedia players is shrinking, probably because of people using their smartphone as a multimedia player.
