American parliament turns against the NSA-backdoors

The U.s. House of Representatives has turned against two controversial practices of the NSA, the intelligence agency, to prohibit its defence budget to use. This includes the installation of backdoors in hardware and software.

The proposal, with a majority of 293 against 123 votes was adopted, does not allow the NSA to the budget of the Ministry of Defence to use hardware and software manufacturers to ask or even to require backdoors into their products to build.

In addition, should the NSA with the money from the budget can no longer do without a court order, data of Americans search. Although the proposal is adopted, it does not take effect as also the defence budget itself is adopted: on consent of the House of Representatives later on Friday.
