‘Acer goes Chromebook with Nvidia Tegra K1 chip release’

Acer seems to be working on a new Chromebook, which is based on the Nvidia Tegra K1 chip. The advent of the laptop with 13.3″screen and the Chrome OS was let by a shop, but the manufacturer has not released.

The alleged new Chromebook with Chrome OS from Acer appeared in the Swedish webshop Fully, as discovered Android Police. The model is CB5 ” and is equipped with the Tegra K1, a soc from Nvidia which are primarily intended for use in mobile devices. Google recently announced a tablet with this soc for its Project Tango, but there are as yet very few products with Nvidia’s Tegra K1 chip on the market.
