U.s. judge allows LulzSec-founder free because of the help to FBI

A U.s. judge has decided to a hacker that the FBI helped to cyber attacks to repel, not to the prison to send. The hacker had on the basis of his crimes, at least 21 years of age the fry in.

The judge said the hacker, known of hackergroep LulzSec, not quite, but sentenced him to a term of imprisonment of seven months. Because he was already seven months had passed, he does not now the prison. The punishment corresponds to the requirement of the American public prosecutor.

The hacker, known under the nickname Sabu, had, amongst others, guilty of conspiracy, identity theft and other crimes. After the FBI caught up with him in 2011, he was immediately released and he started the FBI to help to cyber-attacks to repel, and other hackers with criminal offences committed to detect.

Sabu received threats after the FBI in 2012 said that the body would have helped as informant. Through his contribution, there have been several hackers were arrested. A number of prominent members of LulzSec are already condemned. So got hacker Jeremy Hammond to a prison sentence of 10 years because of his contribution in the Stratfor hack.
