NPO comes with HbbTV-applications for NOS Journaal and world cup soccer

The Dutch Public Broadcasting, the number of services on HbbTV, a platform for interactive television, increases. So, there are applications developed for the NOS Journaal and next month the world cup.

With a tv that is suitable for HbbTV, or hybrid broadcast broadband TV, viewers via the red button on the remote control applications calls. Currently, via HbbTV Missed the Broadcast, the program guide, and the public radio stations available. The NPO adds new functionality to it: starting Tuesday, viewers can use during the NOS Journaal 20: 00 hour of footage calls that are related to the topic.
