The Chinese manufacturer ZTE brings Wednesday, a Android smartphone with quadcore processor from Qualcomm and 4g-support for translated 93 euro. It is the first time that a 4g phone at release for so little money.

The ZTE Redbull is running probably on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 with four Cortex A7 processor cores, same processor as, for example, the Moto G. The phone has in the cheap Youth variant of memory with a size of 1GB and a storage capacity of 4GB. The Energy version costs slightly more and has 2GB of ram and 8GB of storage, reports CNMO.com

The phone has a 5″screen with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The device is equipped with a 2400mAh battery. The rear camera has a maximum resolution of 13 megapixels, while the front 5-megapixel camera.

It is unclear what exactly the relationship is between ZTE and the brand behind the energy drink that the phone seems to have been named. Last year brought the maker of energy drinks as a virtual provider in Poland a device from ZTE under its own name; presumably follows this naming convention stems from a collaboration.

The Redbull is the next step in the struggle of Chinese manufacturers to make smartphones with midrange specs for a low price. Xiaomi presented the previous month, Hongmi Note, with larger screen but without support for 4g.
