Nokia announces X-powered smartphones with Android on

At the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Nokia’s first smartphones with Android ge lwa site. The cheap phones that are meant for emerging markets, run Android, but are covered with a layer of Microsoft – and Nokia-software.

Nokia announced the Nokia X, X+ and XL. The three phones run a fork of Android, with its own peel which is similar to the tiles that Windows Phone also uses. Nokia install its own healthcare app store, allowing users to access unique Nokia apps such as Nokia Mixradio, and maps and navigation Lord. Access to the Google Play store is there by default, but using sideloading can Android apps not in Nokia’s store, manually installed be.

The Nokia X and X+ both have a 4″screen with a resolution of 800×480 pixels and a camera with a resolution of three megapixel. The Nokia X has 512MB ram, and 4GB storage. The X+ will also get 4GB of storage memory, but there is also a micro sd card of 4GB is included. In addition, the X+ with 768MB slightly more ram.

The Nokia XL will have a 5″screen, that just like the smaller models, with a resolution of 800×480 pixels. The back camera has a resolution of five megapixel and the front camera is a 2 megapixel camera. As with the X+ is the ram 768MB, while 4GB of storage is present.

All the Nokia X phones have two sim slots and a microsd slot. They make use of a Snapdragon dual-core at 1GHz. Buyers of Nokia X smartphone can a free month of calls with Skype to landlines and mobile phone numbers, and get 10GB storage space on Microsoft’s revamped cloud-based OneDrive.

The Nokia X series is available immediately. The cheapest Nokia X gets a price of 89 euro. The X+ is 99 euros in costs, while the XL is 109 euros for the muster.
