Hackers published 4.6 million Snapchat users

Hackers have a database with, say phone numbers of 4.6 million Snapchat users online. It was already known that the phone numbers of Snapchat users to find out, but the service took a long time, no action.

The database was put online through the site SnapchatDB.info.
