Customers Zeelandnet offline by internetstoring – update

The regional kabelaar Zeelandnet struggling with a ‘general failure’, allowing subscribers of the service provider does not connection to the internet. Since five o’clock this morning users have problems.

The jam started around half past six this morning. Around half past nine would be the malfunction to short time be resolved, but Zeelandnet reports on Twitter that the fault still occurs. In an update report to Delta, the parent company of Zeelandnet, that all customers affected. Nevertheless, report some customers that they have no problems.

As far as is known, users suffer from internet problems, but not problems with the tv. Or is the telephony service of Zeelandnet. It is a ‘complex problem’ where there is no quick solution for it. The problem is in the “traffic divider of the data streams’, the parent company of ZeelandNet. This refers to the company probably on its core routers. Zeelandnet, that the 90,000 customers, was not reachable for comment.
