A group of shareholders has filed a lawsuit against BlackBerry. The reason for this is that the company are financ lwa le and position in the market too would have suggested. BlackBerry noted recently a recordverlies and have 4500 employees to dismiss.

It is a so called class action lawsuit, where all of the shareholders who purchased shares between september 27 2012 and september 20, 2013 can connect, reports The Guardian. The case was on Friday filed in a court in Manhattan, in which it is claimed that BlackBerry would have argued that it is ‘to make progress on its financial and operational responsibilities’, something that, according to the shareholders does not subsequently turned out to be correct; BlackBerry posted recently a quarterly loss of nearly a billion dollars and announced a mass redundancy, with 40 percent of the workforce disappears.

Also feel the shareholders are deceived by BlackBerry because the company would have stated that the BlackBerry 10 operating system would be received by developers. The Canadian smartphonemaker posted, however, on the smartphone market no success with the mobile OS, something that can be made has ensured that the company is sold.

Due to the poor results is the share of BlackBerry significantly dropped in value. The shareholders are of the opinion that the company is a rosy situation has led to believe. In the complaint, among other things, the names of ceo Thorsten Heins and cfo Brian Bidulka called. It is likely that the shareholders with the class action damages like terms.
