LG starts selling smartphone G2 in the Netherlands

LG starts sales of its new smartphone G2 in the Netherlands. It is for the first time since a long time that LG are the new most expensive model soon in the Dutch shops. The manufacturer brought the Nexus 4 and Optimus G understand much later.

The retail price for the LG G2 is 549 euros, the same as its predecessor Optimus G, which this spring came out. The list price is lower than that of the most expensive smartphones of the competition: Sony asks 629 euros for its Xperia Z1, Nokia has a suggested retail price of 699 euros for its camera phone Lumia 1020, Apple wants to 699 euros for the iPhone 5s and Samsung wants people to 749 euro deposit for its Galaxy Note 3.

The G2 is faster in the Netherlands than its predecessors; LG was four to five months for the Optimus G and Nexus 4 in the Netherlands. The G2 is only a few weeks ago released in other countries.

LG’s new smartphone is due to the volume buttons and the button to turn it on and off at the back sit. The smartphone has a 5.2″screen, however, is the minimal bezels barely larger than smartphones with smaller screens. The smartphone runs on Android 4.2 and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800-soc with four Krait-processor cores at 2.3 GHz and an Adreno 330 gpu.
