There is still malware found on servers of Belgacom, let sources know to the Belgian newspaper The Standard. The isp itself suggests that the malware attack, which is possible by the British secret service is up and running, though a time has been fixed.

“Several sources inside and outside Belgacom confirm according to The Standard that networks of Belgacom still infected with malware. “We find each day new pieces of the infection at Belgacom,” said one of the sources compared to The Standard.

The new infections would not be as shocking as the first malware’, but on a daily basis, according to the source of new cases to light. That runs contrary to claims made by the isp that the malwarebesmetting been solved. Thursday said the provider is still in a hearing of the european parliament that there are no more problems.

The contamination of Belgacom arrived last month at the light and would be the work of the British intelligence service GCHQ. The British would be more interested in the communication of the European Commission, the european parliament, the NATO and payment processor Swift. To do so, the intelligence services have compromised core routers of the provider.
