Lenovo adds start menu and button to Windows 8 via bloatware

Lenovo is going to be Windows 8 pc’s start menu, start button, and app store. The applications are under the name Pokki developed by the American SweetLabs and according to that company the Windows 8 experience to improve’, although the way of bloatware.

SweetLabs gets its revenue from a share of the revenue that App developers generate. The apps on the platform are free, but developers can earn money with in-app purchases. The platform gives users recommendations on which apps they can download, based on the pc-use. Pokki can, however, users are still not redirecting to the Windows Store: that option should later this year be added.
