KPN test in silence iTV app for Xbox 360

KPN currently holds a decided b lwa tatest of an interactive tv app for the Xbox 360. With iTV Online can Xbox360 owners, who have their tv subscription with KPN to decrease, their console in order to watch live tv and video-on-demand services to use.

From information that Tweakers in the hands has been shown that KPN currently a beta test with a limited group of testers. This group, which largely consists of employees of KPN, to August 15, testing. Users can use the app via their Xbox 360 to watch live tv, record programs, rent movies to watch missed programs look back. In addition, a KPN internet connection and an Xbox Live Gold subscription required.

According to some testers the quality of the streamed images are currently still below that of a normal tv connection. Or that has to do with the fact that the service is still in beta, is not known. When the app was officially announced and released is not yet clear.

KPN currently has multiple apps for its iTV service: users on iOS and Android can already watch tv via an app, and recently took KPN a version out for Windows 8 and Windows RT. Also, the company offers its customers a web-based interface. KPN was not available for comment.
