Havok sets Project Anarchy available for free. The 3d-developmenttoolkit for mobile can be used to make games for iOS, Android and Tizen. There are no commercial lwa le restrictions attached to the use of the engine.

Project Anarchy is composed of four parts. The graphics engine is the Havok Vision Engine and provides a C++api with a wysiwyg editor and audiotools. Furthermore, it contains the set of the well-known Havok Physics engine, Havok AI and Havok Animation Studio, which is equipped with a separate wysiwyg editor. With the suite can games be made for iOS, Android and Tizen.

The suite is available free of charge and may be used commercially. Havok asks little in return; the company asks developers to become a member of the Project Anarchy community, and to the marketing of games to get involved, though it is not a hard requirement. The enginebouwer gives itself all that it has no time for the marketing of each game, to get involved, but hopes to be on any financial gain.

Havok sets one hard requirement; if developers an Android game, and that is via an app-store offer, requires the enginebouwer that there is not only a ARM-version, but that there is also an x86 variant is created and offered. Compile the x86 version from the suite happen. People who want more than the free suite, can Project Anarchy Pro purchase, that games can be made for Windows Phone, Windows RT, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PS Vita. The company offers further modules as Havok Cloth and Havok Destruction.
