Users of the Chrome OS given the opportunity to Excel and Word documents to edit. An experimental feature is recently enabled and is based on the technology of QuickOffice, a company that Google recently acquired.
The feature was discovered by developer François Beaufort, that his findings placed on the social network Google+. It is yet a first version of the edit-functionality. Users can therefore get the necessary bugs to encounter, that are likely with future updates will be corrected. The Office-edit functionality seems to be based on QuikOffice. QuickOffice is a provider of Office tools for mobile platforms and was recently launched by Google incorporated.
