Dutch sales Surface Pro starts on may 30th

The sale of the Surface Pro, the x86 version of the Surface, begins on 30 may in the Netherlands and Belgium lwa. That has Microsoft announced. In the Netherlands the tablet 886 or 986 euros in costs, depending on the configuration chosen.

That the Surface Pro at the end of may in the sale would go was already known, and earlier on Thursday, were already rumours that the Dutch and Belgian sales on may 30, would commence. Microsoft Netherlands has that date now officially confirmed opposite Tweakers. The tablet will be sold online via the Microsoft Store, but also in the Media Market, Saturn, Dixons, Staples, Mycom and Paradigit, as well as in Microsoft’s own temporary store in Amsterdam’s Kalverstraat.

The tablet is going to be in the Netherlands 886 euro cost for the 64GB version and 986 euros for the 128GB version. The prices are slightly higher than in the surrounding countries, due to the reintroduction of the kopieerheffing. In Belgium, the cost of the 64-GB version 879 euros and the 128GB version 979 euro. The Touch cover, a cover with soft-key keyboard, will cost 120 euro. The Type-cover, with a ‘real’ keyboard, will cost 130 euro.

The Surface Pro has a dual core i5 cpu on board that 1.7 GHz is clocked, as well as 4GB of internal ddr3 memory. Images on the screen to show it has the the tablet, Intel’s HD Graphics 4000 chip on board. The screen size is 10,6″, with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels. The device measures from 27.5 in is 17.3 inches, it is 13 millimeters thick and weighs 910 grams. The Surface RT, the sister of the Surface Pro with a arm chip on board, was already for sale in the Netherlands.
