Google is conducting negotiations with Whatsapp about an acquisition, claims a source familiar with the talks. The price on the table would be close to a billion dollars, but Whatsapp would be a higher amount want.
The negotiations would be four or five weeks ago, started, says the source at DigitalTrends. According to the rumor would Whatsapp high game play and more money than the current amount that Google would offer; an amount close to a billion dollars.
