ING-website shows incorrect balance to update

Hundreds of users complain on social media that they are on the website of ING an improper balance get to see: by unexplained transactions and their current balance is too high, or too low. Some users may also not pins. Update, 22:49: the malfunction has been resolved.

Since Wednesday afternoon complain many bank customers that the balance that they get to see, is not right. Some customers miss suddenly hundreds of euros; in the other state up to thousands of euros too much in the account. When a part of the customers, the balance is exactly 0 euro. Some users are highlighted in red, while the ability to red to be able to stand not even have enabled. Some customers who mistakenly have a negative balance say not to the pins.

Although Tweakers the problems has been able to verify, denying the customer care team of ING initially through social media that there is a problem.
