‘Belgian mobile rates are lower than the Dutch

Belgian telecom providers would, on average, less money ask for a mobile subscription than Dutch telco’s. That is the conclusion of a study of the Belgian telecomwaakhond BIPT. In the Netherlands, is the sim only by the high rates have rapidly become very popular.
