Asus has a compact system board is pushed forward at CES that especially for a htpc an interesting basis. The E2KM1-I Deluxe is equipped with AMD’s E2-2000-apu and comes with a wi-fi module.
The E2-2000-apu of AMD consists of a dual-core cpu with two Bobcat cores and a Radeon HD 7340 gpu core with 80 shaders. The processor is clocked at 1.75 GHz, and from AMD with a tdp received from 18W. The E2-2000 is placed on a mini-itx motherboard that cleans up provides two ddr3-geheugenreepjes. It also provides the E2KM1-I Deluxe in a free pci-e x16 slot for optional graphics card.
On the motherboard are five sata600 ports, as well as four usb 3.0 and eight usb 2.0 connectors. It is also an optical s/p-dif-output, and lacks a connector for hdmi and dvi. Finally, Asus has a mini-pci-e-slot a wi-fi module is inserted which complies with the 802.11 n standard. Asus still has no price for the E2KM1-I Deluxe.
