ARM and Microsoft working on 64bit version of Windows RT

ARM is working with Microsoft on a version of Windows RT with support for 64bit soc’s. The advent of the operating system will ensure that tablets with the OS and new chips from ARM of more than 4GB are able to use.

This week announced ARM Cortex A57 and A53: the first soc based on the new 64-bit ARMv8-a architecture and which are directed respectively more computing power and low power usage.
