‘Capgemini deletes 200 Dutch jobs’

The ict-consultancy company Capgemini in 200 jobs, so a trade magazine or heard from again. It goes as far as is known to redundancies. It was already known that there jobs would disappear at Capgemini.

At the Dutch branch of the French ict consultancy company Capgemini disappear 200 of the 5200 jobs, writes AutomatiseringGids. Capgemini would about that all have reached agreement with the trade unions, but has yet published anything, because the company would want to wait until employees are back from vacation.

AutomatiseringGids writes about ‘collective dismissal’ for the 200 employees, meaning that they are forced to be made redundant. This would more fall into the division of ict-departments recommends, the financial adviestak and support departments. The flow of employees will be about equal age groups selected, something known as the afspiegelingsbeginsel.

That redundancies would fall at CapGemini, was already known. The Benelux division of the company reached in the past half year more than ten percent less revenue, and also last year, the firm worse.

In addition to the layoffs, the company will pay the salaries of some employees to tone down, so that they ‘better be in keeping with their ‘market value’. There need employees, however, not to agree to go, but those who do not, must participate in an “improvement phase” of a half-year in which the company results are expected.
