Apple has, at the court of The Hague three bodemprocedures instituted for each other to get that Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets from the Netherlands is allowed to sell. Such a ban was not there before.

The bodemprocedures follow the summary proceedings last year when the court in the Hague had to. When decided, the court that Samsung the software of the Galaxy S II had to adjust, while the Galaxy tablets unchanged in the sale were allowed to remain. The bodemprocedures are now in all the Galaxy products, so reports Computerworld.

Apple splits it into three separate procedures; first is the patent on how to interpret multi-touch input, then comes a patent to turn on scrolling through photos, and then finally, in a procedure the design rights to be treated; Apple claims still that the Galaxy hardware is too similar to iPhones and iPads, although the court in the injunction proceedings, not in me.

The bodemprocedures forms the next step in a global legal battle between the two companies. Recently lost the Samsung is a big thing in the United States. There are lawsuits in more than twenty countries.
