Google provides source code for Android Jelly Bean free

Google has announced that the source code of Android Jelly Bean is available for users and developers to download. This allows creators of custom roms to the latest version of Android to adapt.

The announcement was made by Jean-Baptiste Queru, the person of the Android team who is responsible for maintenance and release of the source code. Along with the source code are also the necessary binaries released; the files that are needed to make Android work on the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7.

Now the source code is released, developers can operating system changes, and new appliances. The makers of Cyanogenmod, one of the largest custom roms based on Android, have already indicated that as soon as possible, the changes of Jelly Bean together will add with their project.
