Company presents dualsim smartphone with dualcore processor

The company Blu has an Android-powered smartphone presented with dualsim capability and dual-core processor. The smartphone has a 4.3″Super Amoled Plus screen. It is the first time that the screen on a non-Samsung phone.

The Super Amoled Plus screen was until now reserved for manufacturer Samsung itself, that the panel used on his smartphone Galaxy S II. Super Amoled Plus differs from Super Amoled, because there are per pixel, the three subpixels are present. The PenTile screen of Super Amoled panels contains only two subpixels per pixel.

The Vivo 4.3, like the Galaxy S II has a 4.3″screen with a resolution of 800×480 pixels. The Vivo does not contain any buttons, so Android 4.0 automatically of screen real estate make a reservation for on-screen buttons for back, home and recent apps.

The processor in the dualcore device is a MT6577 from MediaTek, a dual-core processor with two Cortex A9 processor cores that are clocked at 1GHz. The two sim cards at the same time, stand-by, and at the same time able to receive phone calls. The phone is only out in North America, Latin America and parts of Asia, and will release in september for a suggested retail price of 250 dollars, around 200 euro.
