Dean ‘Rocket’ Hall, that Arma II mod DayZ has created, is pleased to announce that the mod as a standalone game in the store is going to appear. The game is made by Arma II developer Bohemia Interactive, under the guidance of Hall.
Hall had it a month ago ‘a certainty’ that DayZ as a standalone game on the market. The creator of the Arma II mod was convinced that the mod for the end of the year in the shop. Hall, better known by his nickname, the Rocket, was however in the middle who is the mod to the game would convert it. Hall now has, however, made a deal with the Czech Bohemia Interactive, the studio responsible for the Arma II, the shooter which Hall are mod based. Hall gets in Bohemia a team at his disposal by which he means the retail version of the mod.
According to Hall continues the mod will be supported. The development of the mod and the game run parallel, according to the maker. Hall further states that Bohemia for the game the Minecraft-model will follow, which is to say that the game cheaply is offered, and that the studio quick successive updates wants to release.
