Acer comes with “cheap” dualsim-Android-smartphone

Acer will soon launch the Liquid Gallant Duo in Europe. It is a Android phone with 4.3″screen and the ability to take two sim cards to use. The unit must be converted to less than $ 200 is going to cost you.

The 4.3″smartphone has a screen resolution of 960×540 pixels and is powered by the relatively unknown MTK 6575-soc from the company MediaTek. It contains a Cortex A9-processor core at 1GHz and a gpu of PowerVR from the 5xx series. The soc has an integrated 3g modem and is (40 nm) manufactured. The device runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich and can handle two sim cards.

The Duo has 1GB ram and 4GB available for storage of files. This can eventually be expanded with a micro-sd card. On wireless, there is support for gps, bluetooth and wi-fi, and there is also a compass, proximity sensor, light sensor and accelerometer built-in. The camera has a resolution of 5 megapixels and is accompanied by an led flash.
