Developers have released custom roms for HTC Titan and Radar

Developers have for the first custom roms released for the HTC Titan and Radar, two Windows Phone handsets from HTC second-generation. The custom roms, add tweaks and get standaardapps of HTC of the device.

To the custom rom flashing, users must have their Original Secondary Program Loader replaced by a Hard Secondary Program Loader, or HSPL. This happened also with Windows Mobile devices to roms to flashing. To HSPL to flash, need a file on the external memory are set to be in bootloader mode to install. Then you can use a pc HSPL on the device to be set, according to the manual.

After flashing HSPL can custom roms on the device, but because HSPL not out yet, were still there, not for both units. The developers of DFT, that much of the pioneering work in the field of customizing of Windows Phone software, will have the first custom roms for the Titan and Radar. This bring out more apps of HTC of the device and have the tools to tweak, such as a Registry Editor and apps to advanced settings to adjust.

The HTC Titan and Radar came in October last year. Both run on Windows Phone 7.5, and have a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 processor at 1.4 GHz with Adreno 205 gpu on board. The Radar has a 3.8″lcd and the Titan features a 4.7″-slcd, both with the prescribed resolution of 800×480 pixels.
