Opera develops tracking software for mobile ads

Opera software released which it is possible to keep track of how often advertised applications available for download and ge lwa installed. The software maker claims that no personal information is collected.

According to the Norwegian browserbouwer developers can the App-Tribute-sdk use by the corresponding code in their applications. There is then tracked how often the viewing of an ad in which the app is advertised results in the downloading and installing. The ads on apps for mobile devices are shown. Opera claims that it is privacy friendly software; there would be no data of individual users can be tracked.
