Apple has indicated that it will stop the service of iWork, the company already for some time as a public b lwa ta offered. From the 31st of July of this year, users of the service no longer upload documents or share it with others.
There is no reason specified for stopping the service, but the functionality needs to be taken over by iCloud, Apple’s service for cloud storage. This provides support for the sharing of files between connected devices such as a Mac, iPad or iPhone. It is also possible that the popularity of the web-based version of iWork is disappointing. Apple recommends users to for 31 July-added the files from their account.
The web-based version of iWork makes it possible for users to view documents and presentations to share with others. The service is therefore comparable with the Docs of competitor Google. Apple’s web-based service was previously in beta to be released, but it seems that a final version no more on the scene will appear.
Apple recently released a new version of its iWork software for iOS. The renewal brought mainly visual changes. In addition, iPhoto included in iLife software suite for iOS.
