Dell has promised to strongly discounted XPS laptops with ssd-configuration yet to deliver. Had Dell the customers know that there is a different solution had to be found. The ssd’s are in stock, and the affected customers get a delivery date.
Dell communicates with all customers, confirms spokeswoman Simone Versteeg. “We are now in constant contact with the affected customers and offer them different solutions.
