Google Drive storage service is now really coming on,’

Google is now really at the point to its storage service Drive to launch, claims the usually well-informed Wall Street Journal. This would start the competition with Dropbox to take. The first messages about Drive date back to 2006.

The storage service in the coming weeks or months, rolled out and will be for the consumers and companies for the most part, free of charge, claims the Wall Street Journal. Only for the storage of large volumes of files is to be paid. Using Drive allows users to reportedly documents, photos and videos to save and share with each other.

The parts would be through multiple internet-connected device types. The WSJ describes a scenario where a smartphonebezitter video, this via the Drive app to upload and his friends e-mail with a link to the file. It is not known how many gigabyte users free get and how large files are allowed.

There have been going for years, rumors about the introduction of a storage service by Google. Since 2006, turns up the name GDrive regularly. In early 2010 Google began all of a storage service, but this was mainly due to the storage of documents for Google Docs. Also, Google is in the U.S. now the Music service for storing music started.
