Pentax, new Pentax DA-lensroadmap free

In addition to the introduction of the Pentax K-01-ilc-camera on Thursday, Pentax has also a new roadmap for Pentax DA lenses released. In 2012, the manufacturer three lenses released in 2013, followed by another four lenses.

Pentax goes in 2012, two Pentax DA zoom lenses and a -primelens release. It would be according to PhotoRumors going to include a 18-200mm lens. Unlike Nikon and Canon, that a lens with such a big zoom range to perform, lacked this ‘holiday’lens to date in the lens line-up. Owners of current Pentax dslr cameras and future Pentax K-01 owners will be the lens with open arms to welcome.

In addition, it introduces Pentax still this year a 50mm lens. The company already has two 50mm lenses that are suitable for full-frame cameras, but the new lens is, given the DA designation, especially designed for the smaller aps-c image sensor in the current Pentax cameras. Also for 2012 a Pentax DA-telefotolens on the program, with a focal length between 500 and 600mm.

In 2013, Pentax has four lenses, including a professional Pentax DA*-lens. This last would be a 18-85mm lens cover, while the three Pentax DA lenses, successively, a 12-28mm-wide-angle zoom lens, a 24-38mm lens, and a 120-380mm-zoom lens. It is not known whether this is the final focal lengths or estimated on the basis of the length of the bars on the lensroadmap.

The latest addition to the roadmap is a 1.4 x teleconverter. Pentax had there is still no in its current range. On the roadmap are still missing the special lenses for the new Pentax K-01-ilc-camera.
