Bail-application MegaUpload boss again rejected

The request of MegaUpload chairman Kim DotCom to be released on bail to be by a court in New Zealand again rejected. An earlier request of DotCom was denied, but he went in appeal.

According to the court, is the chance that DotCom flees too large, and therefore, he will at least until February 22 to be held. The fact that DotCom has multiple passports and in addition, has the money and resources to travel, contributed to the decision of the court. It is expected that this month a request from the U.s. government for extradition to be treated.

DotCom claims to have no plans to flee and says that he only want to go back to his children and pregnant wife. To say that he is going to the beschuldingen to his address to fight. The German, who his last name in 2005 from Schmitz to DotCom did change, was the end of January along with three others arrested, in part because of his website MegaUpload.com primary use would be for the exchange of illegal files.
